On this weeks episode of No Shame, Paddy is joined by Richie Cranny, Professional MMA Coach , MMA Editor at Men’s fitness magazine & Head Coach/founder of the world renowned ‘Wimp 2 Warrior’.
Richie is in town to launch the new season of Wimp 2 Warrior Dublin lead by Head Coach John Kavanagh, the Godfather of Irish MMA.
‘Wimp 2 Warrior’ is a documentary-style reality television show which showcases the sport of MMA. The show follows a group of beginners or ‘Wimps’, who enlist on a 22 week Mixed Martial Arts and fitness training camp.
At the end of camp the participants ‘Warriors’ step into the Cage to compete against one another.
