On the first half of the podcast Darragh tells Paddy about transitioning to a different sport, his first mentor Dave Jones, running a Jiu Jitsu Academy in his early 20's, his brief MMA career & breaking away from the Next Generation (MMA orientated BJJ) in order to seek a more like minded affiliation.

Darragh traveled to the US & after training with some of the best including Demian Maia, he joined the Ribeiro Jiu Jitsu affiliation. In the second half of the podcast the conversation surrounds the Ribeiro affiliation, the IBJJF, the Irish Jiu Jitsu scene & how things can be improved in Ireland if the BJJ community works together.

Paddy & Darragh have also shared the same back injury & offer some much needed insight on the best remedy for a potentially career threatening injury if not treated correctly. Paddy discusses the birth of his new son, Séamus Holohan also.

This is a great, positive chat between two leaders of the Irish BJJ community, the respect they have for one another is evident through out & after all the talk is said & done, both men will agree that theres always time for a roll to clear the mind, is there anything better? #NoShame
